Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation Underneath The Shaft Of Penis

Around 1 year back i did masturbation very strongly and the next day when I woke up i began to feel some kind of irritation and burning underneath the shaft of my penis.Since that day i have consulted many urologists and doctors and tried different creams, ant-biotics and so on.But still the burning underneath the shaft of my penis continous.wha should I do now? I am really suffering due to this..
