Later when I go to bed I feel the right foot/leg cold but the temperature is the same as the other one. I have no diabetes and the bp is 128/ 78 pulse 58-66. i consulted two neurologist and they said everything is normal. my podiatrist said is not plantar fasciitis. She prescribed L_Methyllfolate-B6_B12. Petric
Hello dear. I think your neurologist is right in saying that because It is same opinion from my side also. This type of tingling and numbness is common in lot of person and it happens due to wearing tight shoes or sleeping in wrong posture or some time with out any obvious causes. If there is no numbness present round the clock that means there is no nerve compression or vitamin Deficiency. In planter fasciitis also there is pain more then tingling and it occurs whenever person stand, So this is also not there in your case. I think you should take B6 and B 12 for two months and your symptoms will improve. This is my link. http://bit.ly/orthonaveen You can ask question directly from me.
