Hi.
As per your case history of burns
My treatment advice is -
1. Use a normal saline for cleaning the wound. Instead of burnol use a plain silver sulphadiazine cream twice daily.
2. Keep the wound open as it will help better in healing.
3. You can apply a placentrax gel for faster healing.
4. Don't worry if the burn is superficial no pigmentation will remain.
Thanks.
