I have a burst blood vessel in my right eye. I went by my local doctor's office this morning and he said that there is also a cyst with blood which I can see. He said that he could send me to another doctor who would snip it but it would go away on its own.

you should go to an eye doctor and get your eye examined. first hypertension is to be ruled out.no requirement of cyst to be removed. it can not be anything like that. cause of bleeding is to be diagnosed and treated.
