Suggest Treatment For Calf Pain And Fever

My son has fever since last saturday and temperature hits 40 degree celsius. Now fever is almost gone but complained abt calf pain since early morning. He complained pain and can't walk normally. One of the leg is better than the other though complained pain in both. What is happening? He was diagnosed with virus infection when we brought him to the family doctor on Sunday due to his fever.

Calf pain is typically seen in viral fever. There is no cause for concern.
Oil massage and analgesic like Ibuprofen will provide much needed relief.
