I am a 22yr old female, teach dance stay pretty fit. about 3 days ago i got a cut on my tounge and ever since then i developed more icanker sores on my tounge, my gums hurt along with my teeth hurting. Should i be worried or is this common? I had a fever yesterday, but feel fine now with no fever.
