Suggest Treatment For Catarrh With Wegener's Granulomatosis

Hi my dad was diagnosed with wegners granular matosis think thats the spelling he has a hole in his septum but suffers really bad catarghh the ent doc told him about bicarb n salt mixture to clear his nose but his head is still really fuzzy and has a really irratating cough he just bin put on more antibiotics his bloods are all ok as is kidney function. Is there anything that you could recomend to help with the catarghh and really bad headache he is also on hayfeaver tabs he also suffers with really runny eyes please any help
