Sir,MRI revealed that i have lost my cervical lordosis and in between C4-5,there is central and both paracentral annular disk bulge indenting ventral subarachnoid space.In between C5-6 there is early disk desiccation central and both paracentral disk extrusion.The extruded disk material indenting ventral subarachnoid space.What will i do for this situation,pls give me suggetion.rgds
