I am a 23 year old male and have been having a few issues the past couple weeks. I'm in pretty good shape (5' 7" about 150 lbs). My left side of my chest has been having this awkward discomfort like my heart area is being pushed/squeezed. It would randomly cause a bit of discomfort underneath my left arm pit and inner arm. If I press on the inner arm it would send an even more awkward pain. I haven't really been under any different stress then usual. I haven't been sick or ate any unusual foods that I can recall.

Unfortunately I do not have health insurance and am hesitant to go to the ER and just be told it's nothing.

Any information? If I can include anything else please let me know.
