Suggest Treatment For Chest Congestion And Coughs

Going on 10 days with congestion. Yellow blow . Very little coughing to date. I work with many kids as a swim instructor. Thankfully, I m off for this week. I swam easy today, so I m not bedridden (too weak). Just constant blowing my nose. I ve Netti potted several times and am taking Dimetapp pills. Question: do I just wait this out and let the body fight it the next few days? Thanks!

As you have mentioned in your history that you are suffering from chest congestion and some sort of running nose and common cold. For this you have to take some antibiotic like cap ampoxin 500 mg three times daily or tab levofloxacine 500 mg once daily after meals for at least 5 days along with tab levocetrizine or tab no-cold twice daily after meals with cap omez or cap rabeprazole twice daily empty stomach. For cough, you have to take syrup respital-p or syrup grilinctus 2 tsf three times daily after meals. Above all these you also have to take steam inhalation at least three to four daily as it is very helpful in relieving the chest congestion.
