Suggest Treatment For Chest Congestion And Fever

My son is 4 months(in 6 days), he's been congested for the last couple days, an started getting raspy while breathing, and he has trouble breathing, like somethings stuck in his throat. He had a slight fever today. What can I do to help, or do I need to take him to the doctor?

Hello
Welcome to HCM
For such a severe breathing problem you should definitely consult an pediatrician for proper check up and reason. He might need a nebuliser. Fever must be in response to this exerion or infection so for this you can start with calpol after every 4 hrs a day.
Thank you
