Pulmonologist 's  Response
Diagnosis of tuberculosis based only on the x ray is not appropriate. Without a proper evidence to start off with ATT is not advisable. Frequent colds and cough is common in that age group. If she is having any other signs of allergy like running nose, sneezing and a family history of allergy then it could be just a allergic manifestation which can be taken care of easily you will need to consult a pulmonologist or an allergist for the same.
