Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Anxiety

My BP is 119/69 and my pulse was 71. I am having chest pain and think it is just anxiety. I have had constant pressure in my chest for about a week that has seemed to get worse over the past 3 days. Its constant and last for more than 2 or 3 hours. I am 24 years old, 5 4 and 174lbs should I go to an emergency room or am I too young for heart problems

Hi
cardiac origin of chest pain at a age of 24 is highly unlikely unless you are a chronic smoker or have a strong family history of cardiac disease.
it can be pain due to gastritis, acid peptic disorder or heart burn .
it can be because of anxiety or may be because of muscular sprain, however a ecg should be takn at the ER to rule out cardiac cause
