Noted he has
chest pain since 2 month....
So need to be detail investigation...
Your heart report and urine report normal...
Here respiratory causes has to be ruled out...
For it
spirometry , chest x ray need to be done....
If smoking habit present then there might be fibrosing disease...
Above investigation might reveal chronic
obstructive pulmonary disease if dyspnea associated....
If no respi cause found then there might be
costochondritis or
musculoskeletal pain..
For which rest done....
Analgesic might be helpful...
Avoid strenous activity....
Proper sleep posture .....
Compression bandage sometime might needed....
Urine blood might be temporary by just minor trauma....
If again bleed in urine then USG like investigation done for further work up.
More water.....
Avoid stress as it can aggravate your chest pain....
