Hi, My Meternal Unty suffering, Chest me dard hai, cough v jam gaya tha, sans lene me problem ho rahi hai, Last 10 days hospital me admit thi , ek chek up k bad Doctors report ne bataya ki Heart ka size bad gaya hai,jisse sans lene me tklif ho rahi hai, Pls. tell me kya karna hai ya kis doctor se dikhana hai. By your history and description, possibility of heart diseases like cardiomyopathy or ischemic heart disease is more in your aunty's case.
Her symptoms like chest pain, congestion, breathlessness etc favour poor heart function.
So better to consult cardiologist and get done
1. Ecg
2. 2 d echo
3. Coronary angiography.
All these tests will be needed to diagnose her heart condition.
So better to first diagnose her and then start appropriate treatment. She may need diuretics and other cardiac supportive drugs.
