I would recommend you to do an examination for hiatal hernia. You may be suffering from this condition(hernia) or any esophagus disease. In this case I would recommend you a gastroesophageal endoscopy to rule out these two conditions I mentioned above. A barium contrast x-ray may be done if you need it. Please go to your healthcare center and have an appointment with your doctor to do the examinations Regarding to your heart murmur you have to do regularly periodic consultations with your cardiologist to keep it under control.
