Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Heaviness In Heart
Hello Doctor, I have a chest pain from around 4 dys and there is a feeling of heaviness in heart and it seems like all the nerves are blocked. Ache has also started around my shoulders and nerves there has become green. There is a pressure feeling in Heart. Kindly advice at the earliest. Is this a symptom of any disease or just a normal thing.
Hi welcome to HCM. All cases of chest pain have to be promptly evaluated for coronary artery disease/heart attacks through a baseline ecg and a 2dimensional echo.If the results are found positive or equivocal, then a coronary angiogram is advised to detect any blocked arteries and stent placement can be taken in situ.Drugs like antiplatelets are recommended in all cases of chest pain of cardiac origin to prevent heart attacks.Consult your cardiologist for further help. Thank you.
