Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Lightheadedness

i am wondering what causes a person to have bad dreams ant tired all the time and sleeping unusual and when you go to get up you feel light headed and also have ringing in the ear and different emotions and stumeck pain and confusion and dont have any energy and pain in the body and very moody and heart feels like it beets unusual time to time and chest pain and toughe feels like it has a battery shock taste and energy going through your feet and hands

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM. I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you are having mostly anxiety related symptoms.
But better to rule out cardiac cause first.
So get done ecg and 2d echo .
If both are normal then no need to worry for cardiac cause.
Anxiety appears more in your case.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
Avoid stress and tension.
Be relax and calm.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
