Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Rapid Heart Rate

My granddaughter is 24 yrs old. She complained of aches & pains today. she said that her chest had been hurting some & that it felt like her heart was racing. She checked her blood pressure. It was 135/101 witha pulse rate of 105. What should she do. She is supposed to work 3 rd shift tonight. Email address is YYYY@YYYY .

Well you may give her small dose of beta blocker Tab.Inderal 20 mg twice a day for a week.mostly if her symptoms are stress related then it would subside.otherwise she may need echocradiography and further work up.
