Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain At The Injury Site

I play Rugby and yesterday I had Two games. I got Laid out by a HUGE kid with a shoulder right to the chest. I got Right up and continued playin with absolutely no pain. After the two games I got One and my trachea started hurting. It’s like a bruised feeling. It gets better and worse by the minute depending whether I’m standing, where I’m looking etc. I dont Know what it is so hopefully this can help. Thanks!

Hi,

It’s nothing but a simple contusion at the site of injury. You can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Diclofenac for pain. Apply ice packs also.

If symptoms persist, you can consult a physician and get evaluated.
