Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain, Dizziness And Bloating Despite Taking Antacids
I have had right chest pain radiating to back since 10:00 am. No shortness of breath, can climb a flight a stairs without added discomfort, I have a bit of lightheadediness. I have noticed bloating and more burping the past two weeks. Today I have taken IB 600mg without relief, also antiacids (2). I am a retired RN.

It may be due to food intolerence or allergy or infection or malabsorption syndromes or irritable bowel syndrome etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Avoid gluten and lactose contain food.
If symptoms not improved please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
