I AM A 53 YEAR MALE AND I AM HAVING PAINS IN MY LEFT SIDE OF MY CHEST, FEELING BLOATED FOR THE LAST WEEK OR SO , AND SORT OF A FLUSHNESS U KNOW WHEN YOU RFACE GETS FLUSHED ALSO LOOSE STOOLS---- NO FEVER NO VOMITING ....I DO HAVE A APPETITE DRINKING LIQUIDS

What I'd like to know is if you are under treatment for other health chronic problems. Flushing and loose stools reminds me of a syndrome caused by the exess of serotonin. Anywhere before doing a 5 HIAA urinary test I'd recommend an ECG at first and some probiotics and simethicone for a while for your bloating.
