Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain While Running

my chest hurts when i run and jump I don t know if its because I jumped in a moon jump for at least two and a half days the last time i jumped on Tuesday night and now its Friday the pain just started today when I m not jumping or running it doesn t really hurt I don t have trouble breathing

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having muscular pain only. But as a rule in chest pain, we need to rule out cardiac cause first.
So better to get done ECG first.
If this is normal than no need to worry much for cardiac cause.
Try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in muscular pain.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Take good painkiller and muscle relaxant.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
5. If possible skip jumping for 2-3 weeks.
