Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain With Cough

hello sir , i am 35 years female .yearly during july to September I am getting cold and lung congestion I do get cough . on and off I am getting right side chest pain also . the chest pain may remain for 1 or 2 days which will not allow me to take deep breaths. I have sinusitis also. last year I was tested negative for TB. Suggest me to get rid of this .

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you are having seasonal allergy as every july, agust, september you are having chest symptoms.
So I advice you to consult pulmonologist and get done pulmonary function test (PFT).
Your sinusitis can also be due to allergy.
I advice my patients to take antiallergic drugs prior to season start.
I prefer leukotriene receptor blocker with anti histaminic drug combination 1 month prior to start of season and continue 1 month after the season over.
You can also try this treatment.
