Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain

Hi. I live with my boyfriend. And we are having lots of problems. Everytime we have an argument or he upsets me. I cry and i get chest pains. When I m worried they get worse. I dont know what it can be. If i try not to cry . The pain will increase till ill just put my self to sleep with the pain.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having stress associated symptoms.
But better to rule out cardiac cause first. As stress also causes cardiac pain.
So get done ECG first to rule out cardiac cause.
If this is normal than your symptoms are mostly related to stress and tension.
So avoid stress, tension. Be relax and calm. Consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Also involve your partner and discuss your problem and try to sort out things.
