Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain
I was eating a fish sandwich from McDonalds and swallowed a sizeable fish bone. I now hurt really bad mid chest like near the heart area and right below that area below breast bone. Should I be concerned? I drank an entire thing of tea and some bread and still uncomfortable. Should I be worried.

If should get an Xray chest and an Xray abdomen done to see the location of the fish bone if its not been excreted out yet..
If its lodged anywhere in the gastrointestinal tract then it needs to be removed endoscopically as there are chances of perforation of the gut..
If i was in your place I would have visit an ER at hospital
