I ve bee having chest pains for over a year now. It gets very severe during the cold weather. It also comes with this unusual fatigue, blurry vision and random headaches(on and off). I feel the symptoms pretty much all the time, and especially when i lay down. Went to see a doc about a year ago and they said everything was fine but clearly something s wrong. Its not the way I used to feel. Im trying to set up an appointment to see a doc but im really anxious as to what it could be. Im a teenage guy, 19 if it does help. what could it possibly be?
