I understand your concern, and would like to explain that your complains are non specific ones. they cann t raise strong suspicions for a certaing health disorder, so we could promptly correct the problem with some pills or other alternative therapy. Seems that there is necessary a comprehensive differential diagnosis work up, to arrive on the right way. I would recommend first to exclude any cardiac function implication by performing a resting ECG, a cardiac ultrasound, and a conclusive comment. If the above is OK, we can procede wit ha differential diagnosis of those pulmonary granular nodules. It may be an inflammation, a systemic pulmonary involvement, etc. A pulmonologist and internist judgement would be required on the scene. Some additional tests, may be necessary (some inflammatory markers, pulmonary function test, arterial blood gases analysis, liver and function tests, etc). You need to discuss with your attending doctors, as they have the clear view of all your already performed tests and examination, If you bring additional detailed medical data, I could give a concrete opinion.
