If a similar patient comes to my clinic, firstly I would like to know how much he weighs.

All medicines for kids has to be calculated according to their weight. As you have not mentioned about this I can't tell you the dosage.

You have not mentioned since how long he is having the complaint and since how long he's on the medication. Kindly meet your doctor or send us the complete details for a more elaborated answer.
