Hello and welcome to HCM, Chlamydial infection is treated with doxycycline. After completing the course of doxycycline, serological test for chlamydial infection should be repeated to know the status of infectious agent. Persistence of thin white discharge does not indicate persistence of chlamydial infection. Serological tests have to be done to exactly know the status.
