Suggest Treatment For Chlamydia

Hello. I have had chlamydia 4 times since I started having sex. I am now in the military and the last time I got tested and was diagnosed with it, they gave me medication on my ship. Is it possible that even thought I took the medicine everyday that I could still have it, or do I just have a bad bacterial or yeast infection?
