Suggest Treatment For Chocolate Cyst

Hi Doctor, am a 23 old girl getting married in a couple of months. I had chocolate cysts in my ovary which was removed through a laprascopic surgery last year. I have been taking Chrominac Tablets since then as per doctor s advise. My periods are regular and i have reduced 15 kgs. I do not face any pain or symptoms now. Please let me know if I should discuss this with my fiancee? is my marriage life supposed to get affected cos of this? please help
