Suggest Treatment For Chronic Cough And Cold

sir, my wife is suffering a lot with coughing in night Time she is not able to sleep entire night due to this although i am giving her medicine like Azethromycine OD 500 and Augmentin 625 BID , and she is also taking care of her with warm water and avoiding sweet and cold but situation of her getting worsen day by Day , plz help and suggest.
