cronic blocked years for over 2 years now. have been to doctors on numerous occasions to no avail. tried everything from tablets, sprays and antibiotics. im going out of my mind! symptoms are blocked ears that i can pop then they block straight away, block feeling in the back of the nose, constant head heavyness, running nose sometime not constant. if i lay down and massage from nose to ckeekbone and hold pressure this seems to unblock but when i release hold a and or stand up they block again.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have chronic ear blockage which could be due to accumulation of water within the ear, ear wax, blocked nose by cold & sinus infection, changes in atmospheric pressure and blockage in the Eustachian tubes. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination. You should do this excercise Take a deep breath and pinch your nose. Soliwax softens the wax and makes it easy to be removed. Try a nasal decongestant with steam inhalation as well. Try to exhale like you are trying to breathe out. Do warm saline gargles. Get examination done by audiometer if it is really troubling. You should use wax Softening Solution or wax dissolving solutions. You should use nasal sprays
