Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

I can understand your concern for the chronic eczematous lesions in your son. After analyzing the query I can get that your son probably have Atopic eczema condition or might be related to simple allergy to any contact allergen. I suggest you to just observe if any new clothes or anything new came in contact with your son.
In my patients with your son’s kind of condition I generally prescribe mild topical steroid cream to be applied over the affected area to get best relief. It is also quite important to take antihistamine such as cetrizine or Benadryl for earliest improvement. You can take further guidance from a dermatologist.
All the best.
