Suggest Treatment For Chronic Epiditymitis

i have a chronic epiditymitis, my doc says its nothing.... i had doppler tests and results weres chronic epiditymitis... i do workouts daily... little pain i get in the left testicle and the tubes are swollen and hard. am 25 years. In a month am going to get married... now my symptoms are frequent urination, after urinating some drops of urine are leaking and when am aroused lots of fluids are coming from penis.... sudden pain is also coming from the testicle.... is there any home cure that i should follow????

I really appreciate your concern, it is better to get done the routine blood test to rule out the infection else condition can be well managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, if this is chronic one then once the inflammation subsides everything will be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care.
