Suggest Treatment For Chronic Gastritis And Nausea

my 19 year old son was diagnosed with gastritis 4 years ago. he has managed the pain through diet alone very well for the past 4 years. for the past 2 weeks the pain is back constant and nothing diet wise seems to be helping, (he is gluten and dairy free) and mostly sugar free. Just checking to see if we should take him to an ER or just schedule an appt. with gastro. pain is upper gastric, center, with some nausea. pain scale 6 or 7

Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear i appreciate your concern about your son. Is there any scan report available of your son??

pain may be due to gastritis or pancreatitis or cholecystitis or colitis etc...

So we need to confirm the cause of pain by ultrasound abdomen and upper giscopy.

So please consult your treating surgeon he will examine and treat him accordingly.

Take care
