Suggest Treatment For Chronic Headache And Anxiety Disorder

Hello, I have been trying to schedule an appointment with local psychiatrists and none have any openings until, the earliest, September. I am 33 years old and have struggled with anxiety issues throughout my adult life, but have never sought any treatment. I am now to the point where the anxiety is consuming my day to day functions, and is progressively getting worse. My physical health suffers too because I don t sleep and constantly have headaches. My question is could you recommend some techniques or medication that would help with the effects I am experiencing from anxiety? Like I said, the earliest I can see a local psychiatrist is unfortunately September, but I do not want to feel the way I do for months before an appointment. I appreciate any suggestions. Thank you!
