Suggest Treatment For Chronic Headache

I have been having mild headaches since last week tuesday.its not very painfull.i recently had my mensus and had my blood tests done.the blood tests came back normal.i still continue to have headaches.its not paining at one place.the pain keeps moving from one place to another.i went to the doctor.he prescribed me paracetamol and vitamin tablets.i do not want to consume too many paracetamols.i drink alot of water everyday.i also use computers everyday.

To answer your question i would need extra information like your age, any associated ear pain or discharge, vision problem, vomiting or nauseated feeling during headache.

With available information i can tell that you should get your vision tested.As minor refractive errors can lead to headache.I also suggest you to take paracetamol when the headache is very severe.If it continues to be frequent like 2-3 times a week you will need a detailed evaluation by neurologist.
