Suggest Treatment For Chronic Heel Pain
My heel has been hurting for about six months now and is getting worse. I have flat feet and have insoles. I had planter pacidus. I m only 12. I have iced it every night and have tried to stay off of it. Do I have to see a doctor and wear a boot or use crutches. Whats wrong

u might be having plantar fasciitis or a bony spur under ur heel that might be causing pain and inflammation.
i suggest u get an xray done to find out whats wrong.
