Suggest Treatment For Chronic Kidney Disease In A Chain Smoker
I am a 64 year old man with a 50 year smoking history. I received a reckless driving ticket with one of requirements was to have interlock ignition system put on my car. I was sent to VA lung doctor who stated after many tests that I could not blow and humm as required to start car. I misunderstood thinking I did not have to to but doctor stated that I should be able to blow lower volume. This was done Nov 2015 . Diagnosis was early stage emphysema. I have to either do interlock system or have lung doctor state I unable to comply. I wish to leave this world that a decent Man Lungs are worse along with Stage 3 chronic kidney disease @ 36%. I tried so hard in 2015 and know someone who has this system installed, with pride in jeopardy I don t have the breath to humm and blow. This not as much to do with license but quantity of life left for me.. I have no family and have Medicare along with VA medical help. Many doctors visits each month. I don t want to be sick, how do I proceed to see a lung doctor specialist? I am not a POS. I am not an alcoholic. I am asking for help with disease even though loss of license puts great hardship on me due to not being able to go anywhere now. I was so wrong to be so stupid. I want to live and feel that Florida wants me dead. I am 100% disabled Vietnam era veteran, VA helps me a lot but very hard to do anything very fast. My question where do I I start to be able to see lung doctor and what do I need to do to help save my life even for a little while longer? Thank you William Danny Walters.
