I suffer from chronic kidney disease. I have only one kidney that has had a consistent gfr of 39 but it has now dropped to 23.5 in two weeks. CT scan shows cortical atrophy and an ultrasound shows cortical lobulation. I previously was diagnosed with FSGS. Could all this be happening as a result of the FSGS. I should mention my BUN was 33 and creatinine is 2.4 Thanks!
