Suggest Treatment For Chronic Malabsorption Issues Due To Surgeries For Pancreatitis

I am a 45 yr old woman... I have had a pancreatectomy, splenectomy, duodenum and biliary tract removed this year.. .along with gall bladder... all post pancreatitis (7x). I was also fortunate to get an auto islet cell transplant and am insulin free for 10 months. I was told I have will have chronic mal-absorption issues due to this procedure. I was given 2 iron infusions over the summer, and now my ferritin is still pretty high (250?) and my hemoglobin is 11.3 ( lab says 11.2- 15 is normal). I have been getting heart palpitations ( fluttering in my chest) for the first time in my life on an off for nearly a month. I have been to the ER because it scared me and they have no explanation. ( I spin and lift weights regularly, but have found that sometimes, I can t get through my regular workouts due to fatigue) Saw an endochronologist last week and still plan to see a cardiologist....Thoughts?
