Suggest Treatment For Chronic Sinusis

I have suffered from chronic sinusis for over ten years now but the last 1year has been unbearable. i hardly can breathe well, and have a ring in my ear, cant smell much due to constant blocked nasal passages, plus head,jaw, eye and ear pains. please what can i do to ease this. am sick of being fatigued all day and almost dont know how it feels to feel normal anymore.

Hello,

It may be due to chronic sinusitis. For further assessment you may require x ray sinuses after ENT consultation.

You may require anti congestants after consultation.

You may apply nasal saline drops locally.

Continue steam inhalation.

You may require antibiotics after consultation sos.
