why would it take a doctor 1 year of a patient constantly complaining of a sore throat...to send said patient to the cancer center...she is now diagnosed with cancer so bad that she needs chemo radiation and surgery...whould you recommend a malpractice suit
Hi , Thankyou for your query. Firstly one needs to know the symptoms that the patient presented with and what all tests were ordered and whether the patient followed the drs instructions or ignored. There can be cases where sometimes a growth or lesion can be missed inspite of all investigations.it is not necessary that it is doctors fault. The case should be thoroughly studied before filing a suit against a doctor. Thankyou
