Suggest Treatment For Churning Stomach When On Erythromycin For Mild Acne
Hello, I was prescribed Erythromycin 250mg for my mild acne. 2 tablets, twice a day.. A one month course. I am currently on my 2nd week, and have noticed I am constantly feeling hungry, with my stomach constantly churning. Can you please inform me if this is something to worry about? As i know i must complete the course to make sure the acne clears
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have churning stomach when on Erythromycin for mild acne. Need not to worry You should take small and frequent meals. Apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day as this is safe and natural extract of cereals.Also drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist once and get it examined. you an go for antibiotics ( clindamycin ) , corticosteroid ointment , hydroquinone , laser therapy and dermabrasion for scars only after doctors prescription. Do not scratch pimples as they will get infected , leave acne mark on face .
