Suggest Treatment For Clear Discharge From The Nostril Post An Injury

My 3 year old daughter was sitting on my lap and snapped her head back, hitting me right in my nose and in between my eyes. I heard and felt 2 small popping/ cracking sounds and was immediately in intense pain. It eased up a little but soon after a clear discharge started coming out of only my left nostril on the side where she hit me, and it hasn t stopped. My head hurts, my neck hurts, I ve been having waves of nausea too. Should I rest and see if it gets better or go to the er?
