Suggest Treatment For Clear Mucus Discharge With Blood From Anus

I am 17, 5'1'' and weigh 135. today i was feeling a little bloated and about an hour ago i felt as though diarrhea and went to the bathroom to see what was wrong and i had clear mucus discharge with a little blood on my underwear. im really nervous this has never ever happened before.
