I'm 15 and I have been suffering from clicking toes for 6 years now. At first it was hurting but now it doesn't. Everytime I walk, they click and it's the same when I stretch my feet too. Also, I have been doing gymnastics for 8 years and am wondering if this can have anything to do with it? I haven't been to see my GP yet as I don't know if it is anything to worry about. I've tried soaking my feet in warm/hot water but it hasn't made any difference... It will be much appreciated if you can give me any advice?
