A couple of hours ago I slapped myself in the ear on accident. Now my right ear feels clogged and I can't hear out of it. My ear also really hurts. I also have had ear surgeries to fix holes in ear drums in the past if this gives you anymore information.
From your explanation it is clear that you have traumatic injury in your ear and there is a high probability that you have perforated the eardrum again with sudden blow..
So my suggestion is to consult an Emergency room or an ENT Physician and get your ear checked..
If there is a small perforation then using antibiotic and analgesic ear drops and oral antibiotics and painkillers to avoid pain and infection can help in healing..
But if there is a large perforation then it needs to be surgically repaired..
You should also avoid excessive water exposure to the ear to avoid infection and also you should avoid exposure to very loud sound as they can be damaging to the eardrum..
For now take painkillers to reduce pain..
Hope this helps..
Regards.
